Medium Van Build Instructions

These are the floor bolts that hold down the floor to the van except for the 2 that also hold down the sink cabinet. It uses the longer version of the same thing.

We've been ordering these from Bolt Depot as it has been the easiest and cost effective source.

These need to be stainless steel because they go through the floor to the underside of the van. They are a flat head so that they don't protude into the space so crates can slide over them and you won't trip or have things catch on them.

When countersinking the wood for where these will be used it's important to only countersink a little as the wood will compress when tightened down. The bolts have the most holding force when the wood under them is compressed.
